FULL PLANNING
Full service planning is best suited for clients who are looking for step-by-step guidance and assurance that their event will not only be a beautiful celebration but a flawless one as well. Upon booking, your SociaLife planner will act as your single point of contact and will source, hire and manage your entire event team. This package includes booking all venues and vendors, budgment management, guest hospitality, as well as working directly with our clients to design a cohesive and highly personalized event. We’ll act as our clients advisors and advocates as we guide them through the entire planning process and oversee the event day from set up to tear down.
PARTIAL PLANNING + DESIGN
Our partial planning and design services are aimed for clients who are coordinating their own event, but are looking for an expert to handle the larger logistical aspects. This is designed for clients that are hosting an event at a unique location in which all decor, food and furniture must to be brought in. With your Partial Planning Package, your SociaLife planner will oversee the venue selection or tent coordination, booking of the caterer and assistance with menu design, as well offer full creative direction. Together, we create a detailed inspiration board along with booking and managing your entire design team. This includes floral designers, rentals, linens, stationery and specialty decor. By attending multiple site visits and working directly with your creative partners, our clients can remain confident that their overall design will be cohesive and the event will be executed flawlessly.
DAY-OF COORDINATION
Our day-of coordination package is ideal for clients that want to experience the excitement of planning their own event, but also have peace of mind that an expert planner will manage the final logistics and event day coordination. From the moment our clients book, we serve as a resource throughout the planning process offering advice, answering questions, reviewing contracts, as well as providing vendor referrals and recommendations as needed. After all the vendors are secured and the plans are in place, a detailed timeline is developed and shared with all parties. On the event day, your lead planner and assistant will be onsite from the moment the first vendor arrives, until the last guest has left the celebration; managing the load-in, flow and strike, as well as to resolve any issues that may arise, so our clients and their families can truly enjoy each moment of their special day.
